This user manual includes some basic instructions on how to install and start using the Dental R.A.T.
FocusDent USB Intraoral Dental Camera is compatible with a huge list of current dental software applications, which have the ability to install and select a standard USB 2.0 imaging device. Our camera is automatically recognized as an imaging device within Windows device manager and in most cases you just need to choose it within the charting.
This interactive and comprehensive training will help you start using the Dental R.A.T. in a matter of no time.

Instructions:
Just double click on the icon. It will download the attachment and you will need to unzip it, (unzip by double clicking on it in your downloads), We suggest to drag it to your desktop so you have it easily accessible.
It will then run, if you want it to autostart every time you turn on your computer you can right click on the icon on your dock- usually at the bottom (it’s the icon with a piece of paper and pencil) and click “options” and “open at login” then it will start always. If you don’t want it running then right click and “quit” or turn your volume down.

- Then click “open” and double click on setup – A software installation wizard and follow the wizard steps.
- Once the file is downloaded, go to your start menu and click All Programs.

- Then select Beckmer and click Dental R.A.T. Run Always. (This will put a USB icon in the lower right hand corner of your computer. Right click the icon and select enable to have sound or disable to turn the sound off.)
